Quest Text

Bestowal Dialogue 'If you really want to help us, pick up that barrel next to me, and fill it up with water from the source of the River Gaelos. After you're done with that task, give some water to the Rangers gathered around Bâr Húrin.' Background Anborn asks you to assist the Rangers by giving those stationed in Bâr Húrin some water from the Gaelos. Objective 1 Pick up the empty water barrel The barrel is located next to Anborn in the keep at Bâr Húrin. You should pick up the empty barrel. Objective 2 Fill the barrel with water at the source of the River Gaelos The source of the Gaelos in located just east of Bâr Húrin. You should fill the barrel with water. This must be the source of the Gaelos As you fill the barrel, you become aware of Orcs nearby Morgul Defiler says, "I shall defile these waters!" Objective 3 Fill water pitchers (0/8) Water pitchers can be found throughout Bâr Húrin. You should fill water pitchers for the Rangers. Nanoth says, "That is kind of you." Ranger of Ithilien says, "I commend your efforts." Ranger of Ithilien says, "Great work!" Stable-master says, "Thank you." Filled a water pitcher (8/8) Objective 4 Talk to Anborn Anborn can be found in the keep at Bâr Húrin. You should talk to Anborn. Anborn: 'You have done as I asked. It was a simple task, but it showed you can follow direction. And you noticed Orcs by the river, <race>, which shows you are observant. I will send a patrol there to investigate.'
